Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore) We offer standard and express delivery within Singapore.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery option selected.
International Shipping We ship to selected countries internationally. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. PetMatch is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at enquiry@petmatch.sg within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
